Read the filings it is all in there. it is not the co. it is the note holder and that is the reason they had to increase the A/S. A legitimate question would be why don ´t they pay their debt with cash or whatever. I do not know what the current debt is nor the no. of shares that needs to be converted = diluted at the present level (another important key value) to get rid off the debt. I only hope it is done soon but then we might see the R/S but certainly would prefer a R/M. GLTA, we need it.
