Market cap would drop to $30 million until the price came up. It's just a simple equation O/S x PPS = Market Cap

Of course if the O/S did drop to 200 million (lets say with an aftermarket release of information (8K or 10K), then I would expect the stock to gap up to keep the market cap in your scenario at $100 million.
