I really don't think it makes a difference. Lets say there are 1Billion naked shares, there would be 10m after the R/S.
10M into 2m is the same as 1B into 200m. But i really believe they would have to cover before the R/S anyway, if there is a R/S.

As you have seen the OS is proportional. thus just because the PPS is higher won't cause covering...

the margins they have to put up, the valuation, the accounting of shares is what could cause covering.
