I have mentioned CATG here before. The ABT trial is in November, expected to last about 3 weeks. Chances are pretty good that CAT will win. The stock has had heavier volume (volume is still anemic, but heavier than a few months ago) and the price has been sloping up. Look at the market cap, the cash, and the pipeline. If they win agianst Abbott, it will mean an additional 25-30 million in cost-free revenue to them. This is a $16-$20 stock with a win - will probably drop $1-2 with a lawsuit loss.
