The reason some of us are skeptical is because of posts like this, Lex:

It's Saturday now...Friday has come and gone with no bankruptcy filings. There is a ton of rumor/conjecture here...I don't believe we need video nor fingerprints, but in order for it to be considered fact, we'd like to see proof. Otherwise it's just conversation.
