I agree it is uncharacteristic for this company not to PR every sale. Which is why I wonder when Jared said 35 sales rep. It seems like Mark Murphy said in the background something to the effect of not quite that many. It was on the last CC towards the end. I think someone is in deep trouble over there. IMO

There is more than just the Wow case going on. Belmont is still active.

Any legal team or lawyer... the first thing they will tell you is to keep your mouth shut and not say more than is absolutely needed... until suit(s) are settled.

I think the Wow issue will be resolved in the near future and we will probably hear more about the future between Wow and EESO, but once Belmont is finally settled I have a feeling there will start to be more info being released and more PR's.

Logically - what they say or release CAN be used against them in active cases... so it's not exactly black and white like some try to make it out to be.

The McDonald's PR was just more or less to throw something out there for all of us to chew on... and was a big mistake imo. I'm sure they are ichin to release some much better news, but are being held back from doing so by legal advicing them not to. Releasing big news would not help them in the Belmont suit... imo.
