I agree with you. He has stated he has million dollar clients and one billion dollar client.

However he has also stated that he's gonna be out there from sept 2nd to sept 17th, and that he is going to be there to help with getting a ton of exposure for driving the behl test car.

Putting 2 and 2 together, I would assume it happens before next weeks end then.
