miami: Wow, you sure don't like to answer questions but you have no problems asking them. I have twice asked you if the new accounting firm can prevent management from issuing shares. I will ask you again for the *THIRD* time: Can the new accounting firm prevent management from issuing shares? Yes or No?.
To answer your question, Go read OldTymer's post yesterday .. he is a long time *LONG* who was told by SM that an R/S would not happen as long as SM was with the company. So does that mean SM is leaving before 9/22? LOL!!!!
It's nice that there are a few LONGS here who don't have the blinders on. OldTymer is one of the few. The company continues to tell shareholders one thing and do the opposite. Remember back around May when SM was e-mailing shareholders telling them the gag would be lifted off the TA the next week? The LONGS were giddy like school girls all weekend as "the MOASS" was now beginning. Of course, the obvious happened ... no gag lifted. In fact, they moved their account to a TA that is permanently muted! LOL!!!!
