With shareholder meeting just a month away, lets hope this time is different.
Those past plans, agreements or LOI could have come up short due to unprecedented economic and financial environment that we're in. Personally, executing financing and follow through on previous mentioned projects would have been almost impossible given financial condition.
With overall economy and financial market stabilizing somewhat, it would seem plausible future deals might be more workable.
Once the PR on agenda for the shareholder meeting is released, we can get more clarity as to where the company is headed in the near future and its share price.
As I type, price is ticking up and the heavy selling past few days ago is done.
