The document seems to be a bit outdated. Furthermore, whatever the usual terms are, I am sure that with some "incentives," Mexican government would be willing to expedite the process. Let's hope Mr. Cotton will find the way.

Which is really a moot point since foreign corporations aren't allowed to hold mining concessions in Mexico. Bob admitted as much when he indicated that Mexican nationals own the claims through a Mexican corporation, none of which has anything to do with CWRN. In essence that means that it doesn't matter if this is the time Bob really starts a legitimate mining operation or not because CWRN and its shareholders won't profit from the venture at all;-)

read the PR from the IBOX link, august 18th, 2008...they stated then that they had just finished the permitting applications, so it has been a year.

The study was submitted and approved with exception to a few minor items, the last stage is near completion, we have to have the state engineer go out and map point the land-usage, when he completes that task, its ready.. We are only releasing minimum news about the project to keep our shareholders informed.... There will not be any major news until we start production.. Bob
