Absolutely ridiculous that they file an 8-k with a complete share restructuring and then change it a couple days later when the PPS starts tanking. This is nothing more than a blatent attempt to make people forget about the R/S and continue the brainwashing that they allegedly care about the shareholders. As I recall, they previously said an R/S would *NEVER* happen. Yes .. this PR will make me forget about that lie. LOL!!!
