With the way the past PR's have done nothing more then a short-lived POP then drop even lower then before the PR, I don't really care either. Only PR to move this up for any type sustained reversal is the grant/funding PR which is a ways off it seems. If I was just pumping i.e. making this up then damn sure would have juiced my posts more as some here have claiming grants and funding in the bank etc.
