My take,
GE is a black, minority, small business owner which the government LOVES due to affirmative action, errr, I mean diversity (because as we know, AA is illegal). The only thing that would be able to top that is if Greg was female too with a touch of American Indian in his blood.

So, why is he not a shoe-in? Because convicted felons will NEVER be able to obtain the necessary clearances to do "security" work for the government. Plain and simple.

Caveat pre-emptor, I am not racist, this is not meant to be racist and between my three acounts I hold ~ 5 million shares. I like Ligatt's product.

I am just stating what I believe to be the reality. If he were to step to the side and put Lakesha at the helm, this would sky-rocket, fundamentals and technicals aside.
