.....Net income for the three months ended September 30, 2009 was $104,000, or $0.01 per diluted share, compared to $126,000, or $0.01 per diluted share, for the same prior year period, a decrease of $22,000. The current quarter results include a tax benefit of $13,000 compared to a tax provision of $192,000 in the same prior year period. .......

Increased production levels of these products have enabled us to significantly reduce expediting costs and as a result we expect to return to historical gross profit margin levels in the fourth quarter.
