The letter is irrelevant. And the fact that it is not posted the boards tells you that. And besides, people have posted the things that management has said before and been burned by it.
If you knew every question and answer in the letter, knowing where the answers came from, would it mean anything to you?

The purpose is not thought to any newbies. From where would they come from? It is to avoid any public discussians, to avoid liability and to fool..once again, those who requsted it. The questions and answers came from the same people, like it got delivered in the past. The scam is squeezed out so no more interest from them. It has to die slowly and quiet. All they want is to avoid anything against them. However, it is not laughable but criminal and everyone who is still accepting the main problem, to get played and fooled, deserves it.

One should think at some point there could be something like a thought in the heads and also something like outrage and resistance but not here!

As far as I know those requesting a copy of the Q&A received it thus it's no secret ... unless one's choice is for it to be a secret.
I'd say Paul's inadequate vetting of Spooz employees is the main cause both Spooz's and 141 Capital's resources are squeezed to the last drop.
