Once again, you are incorrect. The two new board members are not medical doctors. They both have Phd's.
However, that does not mean they are unqualified. I actually think it is better that they are not medical doctors and may give a better perspective on business. It has been my experience that medical doctors that are involved running companies have huge egos that sometimes gets in their way of effectively running a business.
