Taki; You are kidding yourself, you know that don't you. It's not a very mature approach. Mgmt. has taken us this far OK, and with D&T's help they will get us thru this glitch.

Do you or do you not agree that the r/s is the fastrack to Nasdaq listing... if you understand the requirements and wait times. I think it honestly think it was D&T's idea for a r/s and not MM/SM.

With this r/s we could be on Nasdaq by 10/22. W/o a r/s much longer I'm sure, as it seems that Listing com will not be giving us $4 exemption requirement.
