In this movie Dovgan is guiding us through pretty famous Magadan places with well known names and history... I think he showed us some places of failed IPO that 2C was helping them to arrange. Honestly, I think by telling investors that all these sites and equipment belong to Krong Elena crossed the line today... I already asked her for explanation. IMO.
