Please explain how a divy does not force a cover? IF RS forces a cover...which i believe it will as soon as 13Gs are filed after the 10k makes us a 1934 company........jw if we have ALREADY FILED FOR A NEW CUSIP number.......why is there no cover yet? I think the 13Gs will cause a massive short panic. Pre-RS 13Gs are released after 10k.........later on they can give us forward splits
