Thank you for extensive statement. I would follow with further questions.

"The following time was very frustrating as all news releases have been sounding wonderful included millions of revenues coming - but nothing happed at all included the promise to go back to OTC - which did not happen either."

What do you think was the cause that these advised revenues came not real? Do you think he had a real business but no luck, or do you think he had not a real business and only wishful thinking without being really active?

Same question about the OTC-listing; was there some real efforts or only advised intents?
