I can agree with that, D&T does not mess with Penny Stocks. They probably took on SPNG knowing it was going to the Naz with the big boys.

Spng wants to be on Naz really bad, D&T advises the r/s, they only have one shot to do it, so they do a massive 1:100 r/s in case the sp gets completely poleaxed by the news - many people have posted this opinion and I agree. They may also have reached an understanding with NSS too. This thing is just WAY too big to be a pump and dump scam imho. Mgmt doesn't care about short term swings in their sp, they want nasdaq and the big players, ie funds, and to be done with the OTC and all the shenanigans involved in OTC. Everyone has been expecting the rapid appreciation in share price to continue and thus all the anger, frustration, etc etc, but mgt has other plans in the interest of continued growth of their company. It is simple to me. This gfgu thing looks wickedly good and may be a real sleeper coming out of left field. Spng knows this. Check out the gfgu website - it looks too good to be true. I am in the red big time but I am hanging on. If anything, maybe I will sell some spng for some gfgu!

Hi Cheez,,,,,I thought when the PR about the accounting firm came out someone mentioned there was another company they handle too on the OTC if I am correct.....Do you think they handled this other company if I am right in the same manner?
