How do you split an authorized share? This topic has been discussed in detail. I will save you the time by offering the conclusions. You may read up to find how they are derived.

The AS is 900 million
The AS will be 900 million after the split
The OS at most is 900 million
The OS at most will be 9 million after the split

you are new to the board. please go back through today's post and read about the a/s and delaware. you are making assumptions that are not accurate. The Deleware SOS has SPNG at 900 million AS currently. after the RS there will still be 900 million AS

If you were truly an avid long in SPNG before this week, I would be very interested to hear your reasoning for all of sudden saying that management is a bunch of thieves! Nothing has changed about the fundamentals and the increase in business. Simple delays in the filing or prospective R/S would definitely not change the mind of a true long. So what hard evidence do you have that convinced you of this? Because in my opinion if you went from an avid long to calling them thieves over whats happened this week, then you are either not very experienced or you never had any long interest in this stock. If I am wrong and you did have a long interest, then you might want to go back to the drawing board. YOu and all the other naysayers will find out in the end. The only problem is it might not happen as quickly as the TRUE longs would like.
We have to remember that these guys are interested in growing everyone's investment. But they are not on the same time line for making this happen. If you need the money now, then you shouldn't be invested long. I assure you that management and the decision makers are not hard up for money so having this stock grow steadily and to new levels over a long period of time is perfectly fine with them!
