A R/S makes the stock looks more attractive to brokers to include in portfolio packages such as mutual funds. The pps has greater appeal for the big boards like NASDAQ and the DJ. It certainly hurts the flippers but it attracts longer term investors and those seeking more stability. I could go with it either way.
