My opinion is that Bernie Stolar at getfugu talked a good game (maybe something like the pitch you mention) and management had enough money burning a hole in their pocket to feel compelled to make a speculative play. After all, it's Bernie Stolar at the helm.

The play might work out great, but I can only assume it's risky since they haven't shared any terms of the deal. IMO, that kind of decision making (if my assumption is correct) won't play out well on the Naz. I question whether any serious investors on the Ivory Tower of the Naz will bite if they see management still behaving like they're in the Wild West of OTC.
