You are right, XI has no interest in XN any longer.
To answer the previous question, production is going to start back up soon, but it will be done by an interim management team that is being picked to do it by the lenders, who own XN at this time. They've delayed the main decision by five weeks now so the Receiver can clear the equipment in customs and figure out what has gone on at XN over the last two years.
When production starts, it will have nothing to do with XI at this time, but, in the big chess game that we are playing, it will have everything to do with it...
