Tex, went not knowing what to expect, but hoping perhaps DR would be there. Last time I was in that courthouse it was not a great experience. LOL Had to testify in a fed case.
I "read" it same as you. I'll wait with my green for an outcome even if its costs me more. However todays trading action was a sign IMO In the right direction to say the least.
For our atty to seek a 1 week continuance was also IMO because they were asked by other side to approve such and therefore our atty stepped up today.
