I checked and if you go to the message center under clearing restrictions its under no buys/sells only!

It was not that way some time back because I bought SDVI when it was like .0009 to .001.Sold it when it moved up in the 2s.

I was going to buy some but can not.Maybe they get the issues resolved so people that want to enter can.I will check it from day to day and post when its been resolved.
