it was maxed at 2.5 billion A/S under INCL symbol; IR says 2.1 billion was O/S (not sure if that is accurate). As pointed out before with it maxed at at .001 (it still is only a $2.5 million market cap - cheap cheap imo)

I'll give them the full 2.5 billion, I don't care; the new structure will have 400 million A/S. The market cap doesn't change just shares O/S and PPS accordingly with new structure.......

and then we can trade from there based on contracts, board of directors, management, audited financials through Aug 31st, etc.
