The company has needed to do this since May. I don't believe this company is going anywhere. I am more convinced as I see how the company mission is unfolding. As with many businesses, they have potential, but this one is falling on its a$$ with the CEO's lack of professional conduct as a business man. I know for myself, I will probably put up my shares for sale this week or next week sometime to get out of this company as Evans has taken an aggressive stance on not releasing financial statements. I gave him a chance for many months, but from what I have experienced, it will never happen and this company will end up like every other pinky out there. No real value to be had here unless you pick up on the runs.
