Jim the excellent reason is its good for the company but was it good for the shareholder.
Let say I had 100,000 shares .20 before the big rs annoucement
they were worth 20,000 on the 23rd I now have 1000 shares the stock price has to open at 20.00 dollars on that day right now according to everyones logic it opens at 13.00 per current price I am already down and then I would have to sell them right away and Im still out money. All this has to do is maintain 4 dollars for 5 days and the company can uplist. Great for them sucks for me as the price share has to make it back to 20.00 plus for me to start making money again and now the percentages are way lower for me
so as far as i am concerned the shareholders go screwed here



All systems were on go for an uplisting, so I gotta believe there is some excellent reason for SM and MM to choose this route
