If the shareholders demand the offer and BFHJ has the means it will be done, but was $42M a lowball offer or fair? i would like to hear from T-Bird Mgt. on that...thats what the letter sent was meant to find out IMO.

Maybe by TBIRD issuing PR like it did, it was in away alert other parties to make an offer?
