jam: IMO that is stupid. I think they know when they want to release the 10k and us bugging them about it will not matter at all.

This is a publicly traded company. You can't tell mgmt. that they should release their 10k now or anytime. I think that Deloitte & Touche is on top of things as is SM/MM. Just stay calm.
