Your questioning the integrity of the CEO due to a missed "date" is unfounded. Business operates on no such a finite basis. Second and third party contingencies, previously unknown alterations in directions are always a part of business that can and often do impact "target date" accomplishments.

JD Brown has the highest level of integrity. The only ones questioning that need to call him and talk to him as to why there has been a delay. Perhaps you should do that rather than try to shed negativity on his character.
