Yes I am big enough to admit when i am wrong. I am not in a competition with anyone here and I really do not care what anyone else thinks.

No I have not bought anymore shares and no I did not sell yesterday only because I am playing with some of the profit I have made on SPNG. If my money was in jeopardy you bet i would have sold. I refuse to buy anymore because I do no trust SPNG anymore (did I ever) and I have enough to satisfy me if in fact things do work out.

At best, will the 10K really tell us the current o/s? Or will it just tell us the 5/31 o/s?
