At this point, there can me no other conclusion drawn~... Its so obvious, that this is the beginning of MONSTROUS and MONUMENTAL.
You guys know my stance. I JUST HATE WHEN THEY ARE MUTE. I WAS SO HEPPY THIS MORNING WHEN I REFRESHED THE EDGAR AT 5:15 AM WHEN I WOKE UP. I DIDNT CARE WHAT THE DAMN FILING SAID AT THAT POINT. I WAS JUST HAPPY TO SEE MANAGEMENT HAD DONE SOMETHING. AND WHAT HAD THEY DONE? THEY HAVE SET US UP FOR THE MOVE OFF THE OTCBB TO NASDAQ. I WAS SO FRUSTRATED, I WAS LIKE, LETS DO THE DAMN SPLIT BEFORE THE MARKET OPENS.....LETS SEE WHERE ALL THE SHARES ARE, LETS IDENTIFY THE REAL ONES, COMPILE EACH 100 INTO 1 LEGITIMATE SHARE OF SPONGTECH, AND START TRADING AGAIN.

and we still have a Form 10-K to be filed any day now!!! its like everyone forgot about the 10-K. lots of things didnt make sense. SHorts are selling, LOL, if you wanted to panic sell today, you dont put your order with a higher ASK, you drop the shares on the BID. why were like 8 MMs all stacked the whole way down, and then didnt want to let us over out over .15 for long...AYME IS BUYING...I WAS BUYING. I WAS A BUYER TODAY, AND I DIDN'T SELL A SHARE.
After today, I FEEL LIKE ALL FORCES ARE WORKING AGAINST THE RETAIL BUYER. And what better reason to buy. Its clear that not only management, but all forces want retail shaken loose. I was like, "Screw you guys, Im buying more now." And when should anyone be buying, is when the market is irrational. The bottom of .1232 or .1231 was OBVIOUS to anyone with half a brain.
Now what is going to happen. 10-K.
