Do the math on 2.75 B shares out. Assuming the usual 40% discount to market.

That's over 2 bil more shares since the latest Q. Assuming an average share price of around 10 cents since then (I think it's more than that) you get over 125 million $.

Now ask yourself, WHAT THE #$%^ WOULD SPNG NEED 125 million $ for????? Are you kidding me? AND WHO THE $%^ WOULD GIVE SPNG 125 million $???

These 2.75 billion o/s rumors from some on this board are pure nonsense if you just do the math.
