i dunno. i don't beleive Megas would have talked to anybody that he knew was naked shorting. it doesn't work out in his favor. how do you know they didn't approach him? as it turns out? Uselton is charged with NSing, and maybe was already shorting BCIT? the FINRA report doesn't name specific stocks.

of course naked shorting was only a MYTH in those days, so why would Megas suspect anybody of NSing BCIT? he wanted a buy-ins of the counterfeit stocks and was denied that by the SEC. that we know is fact because it was published.

i see alotof people posting things here that they don't back up with any kind of facts, i try to stick to facts.

for instance? who told the SEC that the buy-in needed to be suspended? that would tell us alot.

it all comes back to that doesn't it?

Who cares? The DTC doesn't care. Your inuendo is a red herring of course....that has nothing to do with the DTC not providing clearing services. The DTC themselves have stated many different reasons...nothing mentioned anything about TMs choice of MMs. No mention of the real reason either. Do you know what the real reason is? You should, having implicitly acknowledged a systemic problem with naked shorting...

...we just want this to trade. Sainthood for Megas will just have to wait...good thing only rules and regs govern what happens here...even it their implementation is running a little late lol...

Food for thought: Pino only ever printed 250M or so bogus certs. DTC wants to blame the HUGE share 'problem' on Pino shares....but alas they can't...the SEC took them away. If there are any more certs out there, they are not in the 'system'. Probably in somebodies sock drawer. They will find there way on to Ebay eventually I suppose...infin there are any, which I doubt. That leaves 500M or more unaccounted for, and unaccountable. Ouch!
