....but highly suggestive to me Roger could have reached an out of court settlement particularly if he is publicly stating he is snowed under with a challenging audit . Also keep in mind other MM's have privately expressed with emphatic conviction JEFF is going down. Additionally JEFF's intransigence given ample opportunity to recant would support reaching an out of court settlement as a mutually agreed to best solution. BWTHDIK this is certainly a one of a kind play in my books :)

"NO reason anyone should have ucad shares and NO reason they should be unrestricted and there is NO reason JEFF should just suddenly, after months of compressing the ask, step away from it the day before the distribution."

As for your opinion on Certs spot on I'm completely confused what you mean!!! ;)

Keep your stick on the ice.

ZENINVESTOR 32 !!!!!

Hi Zeninvestor !

I'm one shareholder that have probably read all your posts. When I missed time to know if there is something real new and interesting, I,M reading only your posts. SO,

I received my UCAD shares in my accounts today, with a ratio of 0.000009 When I read about the fact that this is possibly not a good news to have received theses shares at this date, I need to know what is the best thing to do right monday morning.

I am not a speculator nor a basher , just a believing shareholders and i'm in this trip since the same time than you, when Roger Glenn come to dance with us.

Do you have some tips for me at this time.

Thanks in advanced and have a nice week end (like me, with your family, not in front of the computer screen LOL)

Zen, Ameritrade didn't clip you for, say, $25 or even $40 PER EACH of your $1MM-allotment certificates, did they?

E*Trade said they'd charge $40 to "get a certificate"....but that was before you'd floated this right-on idea of establishing a trust and depositing not one collective certificate in it, but rather a bunch of individual ones in "smaller" denominations, something I'd very much like to emulate....yet am concerned might end up costing me quite a bit up front.
