Excellent news, Coach! So September 15th could be a milestone date for us here, which is only a week away, and the Judge already seems to be siding with Lehman. Seems like the window of opportunity to buy shares on the cheap is closing quick, imo.

Coach, there isn't going to be a release of a new Asset/Liabilities list anytime soon! According to an email from A & M from today, in New York Marsal meant that A & M was going to release the December A/L list, which we've already digested.
