Tomasso: Yours is a very thoughtful post. I agree that SPNG has made the moves that indicate a serious company in it for the long haul The reverse split is not a surprise to me. The surprise however are A. the timing, why announce it this far in advance; and B. the magnitude of the split. At 100/1 it reduces the average investor's holdings to a "so what" level. It is a good retail company, but I doubt it is another Google or Microsoft. IMO the split will just make it another OK investment instead of the Game Breaker we were hoping for. JMO
