Sorry, but I don't understand your post. Private capital does not mean a reverse split. I didn't read that at all. They already had a reverse split and I don't see one in the future. As far as the private capital, they are going to have a share buyback program. They are stable and no longer require capital by sell of shares. This is all good news guys! No bad news here!
