Ruby...I do not think ERHC can pass the 100% EEZ rights on to Sinopec, per the original agreement regarding the rights ERHC aquired. If Sinopec buys ERHC's rights they will need to maintain ERHC as a corporation to hold the rights since I cannot believe Sao tome's will willingly allow the transfer of the rights to another company.
This is my understanding from Rare40's explanation from 5 or 6 years ago. IMHO
