There was considerable debate about this a while back, but my understanding is that SPNG cannot take airshares to the NASDAQ. They will all have to be bought back, and as SD said, will then vanish into thin air.

But we airshare holders have nothing to worry about. Those airshares will command a good price, so we should all be (deliriously) happy. And, we can always buy back into the new Spongetech Naz company. We certainly intend to.

death: The shares in everyone's brokerage accounts are "shares", regardless of whether they are "real" or "air". Once the shorts cover and we sell our shares, we get our selling price, period. Then, thereafter, if it is an air share, it evaporates, if it is a real share it gets a new CUSIP#.

To interpret things your way would result in no ss ever involving NSS and that is just not the case. In your way there would never any reason or impetus for the NSS to ever cover --regardless of whatever event occurs. And that is somply NOT the case. IMO of course this is my understanding

Hello. I believe Bob means many will have sold out their positions and no longer be shareholders thus they will not be shareholders when the company gets up listed on the Nasdaq later this year..At least this was my understanding of what SDBob was suggesting.. Buy & Hold GLT FFB-Fish
