Nothing unusual about that. The 10K is the most viewed of all SEC filings for any public company.

fxchat: I don't think mgmt. is worried in least about any late filing and "E". They have their securities attorneys and D&T to handle things. Timing is probably some strategic purpose is my guess at this point as to why we are still waiting -- everything is carefully planned, not having anything to do with "E". JMO.
