If you plan to buy a lot more shares, this is the level to do it. Make sure your order is good til cancelled and NOT all or none. That way, you won't have to chase the price and you'll strengthen the bid support for days when people are idiotic enough to whack into low volume. BUGS has held up well despite the bid whackers. It upticks easier than it downticks.
