Control of AlphaSpacecom was taken over by the CEO, Mr. Hu, who than sold the shell to Beicang Iron ans Steel, BEIC. I believe that company is now bankrupt. The history is contained in the SEC filings. Some of the assets that were to go into ASPC, I believe are now in Archer, AEMC.
