This is pretty exciting, thank's for turning me onto this stock Chart. There's alot more potential on this than I originally thought, comparing EWRC to UTube and all.

EWRC it's dilution IMO. This company has a history of dilution and frankly I never saw what was seen in this stock, or the wild target of .12 that was placed on it.

Plus if there was dilution, there would be a 504(d) form filed.
