I am in BEHL and have read almost everything on it. I would not count on a merger in the near future with INCL. Things are coming together quite nicely with BEHL and they are signing contracts with stateside and worldwide companies. As this "VAR" in the PR for BEHL, it did not make the PPS move much. I hope for you guys here that it helps INCL more.
