in their last news posting it does say shiming has recieved 400 million, not will get 400 million. As far as why they have not posted news, why did they wait til march 26 to anounce they broke ground when they did it January 8? Why didn't they post news on there new phone when it is out now? I don't know
A tv phone with dual bluetooth, dual camera 1.3 pixels , mp3/mp4 player, 3" screen, pda for $95 not bad when compition is $250 for the same phone.
but when news does hit I think it will be big
even if they didn't get the money from the government they have a state of the art factory that can produce 100 million phones per year
As long as they can sell them the company will be golden
I know they are selling them just dont know how good they are selling
