IMO
I would rather just to show up unexpectedly mid afternoon ZOOM lens in hand and video cam ready to record and if anyone is there kindly ask for a tour right before you select a nice switch from a nearby bush and strip the leaves off with one loud pop as you walk toward the entry door of the mill.
Remember to grind your teeth as they speak add look directly in their eyes every chance you get.
Well,....lol.....thats what I would do.
Maybe,....seriously, lol.
